The December-only Christmas course, "Celebration," features six gorgeous dishes made with plenty of seasonal Awaji ingredients.From the rich sea urchin soufflé to chilled fresh Awaji fish and roasted Awaji beef, you can enjoy each dish that brings out the best in the ingredients.For dessert, we will serve "Umi no Yado Noel," providing a Christmas-like finale to a special evening.
